BIO:
Coach Qualls has spent over a decade developing athletes both on and off the field. With extensive experience coaching football at Union County, Crittenden County, and now Paducah Tilghman High School, he has worked with multiple positions, including offensive and defensive skill players. His passion for strength and speed development led him to serve as a strength coach, helping athletes enhance their performance through structured training.
Beyond coaching, he has been a dedicated educator, teaching middle and high school math for over 13 years. His leadership experience extends to serving as the District Athletic Director for Crittenden County, where he played a vital role in advancing athletic programs and student success.
Coach Qualls holds a Bachelor’s in Education from Murray State University and a Master’s in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, along with a Rank 1 certification in Instructional Leadership. His commitment to coaching, education, and athlete development makes him a valuable asset in any training environment.
