Boxing at Starks Sports Training is a high-intensity, technique-focused program that combines striking skills with full-body conditioning to deliver real athletic results. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced fighter refining your edge, this engaging and results-driven program will challenge your body and sharpen your mind.
How It Works
Sessions run 45–60 minutes and include shadowboxing, pad work, bag drills, footwork, conditioning circuits, and defensive movement. Coach Sam Poole provides real-time feedback on form, timing, and technique to help you improve with every session. You’ll build strength, endurance, coordination, and mental toughness—all while getting a serious sweat in a fun, empowering environment. All skill levels are welcome, and sessions can be scaled to match your fitness and experience.
In addition to group sessions, Boxing Personal Training is also available for those who want one-on-one coaching tailored to their goals.

Every Other Saturday - 10:00-11:00AM
A high-energy group class focused on boxing fundamentals, conditioning, and skill development. Learn striking, defense, and footwork while training in a fast-paced, team environment.

BOXING PRIVATES
One-on-one coaching designed to refine technique, improve movement, and build confidence. Each session is tailored to your goals, experience level, and pace.
COACH SAM POOLE
Coach Sam brings the energy and a personable coaching style to every session, combining boxing fundamentals with conditioning to help you train hard and enjoy doing it.
