SST Strength & Power Program will break down weight training to its fundamental movements. All athletes will be monitored on form and technique so that they can learn the proper way to train. Athletes will be put on a professional/collegiate style program in which they will have a personalized training card that will be used to record progression and improved performance each week. If you want to become a stronger and more powerful athlete then this program will get you there!
This program accommodates youth athletes ages 12 & up. All youth athletes will be put through a proper progression of body weight movements to free weight movements. This will insure that they can learn the proper technique and motor patterns that are required for training and developing as an athlete.
Intermediate (Ages 12-14) - Introduction to Fundamental Weight Training
Advanced (Ages 15-Up) - High Level Strength Training
